Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise using a spatula or hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
Gently fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan until evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
Season the mixture with onion powder, optional red pepper flakes, and a generous pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until all flavors are harmoniously blended.
Spoon the prepared dip mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula to create an even layer.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is a delightful golden brown.
Once baked, carefully remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes to set slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan and parsley. Great with tortilla chips or baguette.
