Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), ensuring an even temperature for optimal baking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spatula to blend them together until the mixture is creamy and free of lumps.
Stir in the minced garlic until evenly distributed. Then, add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if desired), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together until they are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the luscious mixture into a medium-sized baking dish, making sure to spread it evenly across the surface.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and has developed a beautiful golden brown color on top.
Once done baking, carefully remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes, which will make it easier to serve.
Serve this delightful dip warm with a side of crunchy tortilla chips or toasty slices of baguette for dipping.
Notes
For a festive touch, garnish with extra red pepper flakes and fresh spinach leaves.
